How to Cancel

Go to Billing
Click Manage Subscription
Select Cancel Subscription
Confirm cancellation

What Happens After Cancellation

You keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period
No more charges will be made
After your period ends, you'll move to the free plan (5 extractions/day)

Billing Period End Date

Your billing page shows when your current period ends. You have full Pro access until that date.

Resubscribing

Changed your mind? You can resubscribe anytime:

Go to Billing
Choose a plan
Complete payment

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds. When you cancel, you retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period. After that, your subscription ends and you won't be charged again.
