Download Not Working

Having trouble downloading thumbnails? Here are common issues and solutions.

Browser Blocking Downloads

Modern browsers sometimes block downloads, especially multiple downloads in quick succession.

Chrome

1. Look for a blocked download icon in the address bar
2. Click it and select "Allow"
3. Try downloading again

Safari

1. Go to Safari → Preferences → Websites → Downloads
2. Allow downloads from thumbgrab.cc

Firefox

1. Check the download panel (arrow icon)
2. Look for blocked downloads
3. Right-click and allow

Pop-up Blocker Issues

If bulk downloads aren't working:

1. Disable pop-up blocker for thumbgrab.cc
2. Or allow pop-ups when prompted

File Not Saving

If the download starts but nothing appears:

1. Check your Downloads folder
2. Search for files starting with "thumbnail-"
3. Check browser download settings for custom save location

Still Having Issues?
