YouTube thumbnail resolutions
YouTube generates multiple thumbnail sizes per video. ThumbGrab shows all that exist.

Why maxres doesn't always exist
- The uploader didn't upload a custom thumbnail
- The video is new and still processing
- YouTube never generated it
ThumbGrab cannot "create" maxres thumbnails. If YouTube doesn't have it, no tool does.
This is a YouTube limitation, not a ThumbGrab bug.
